Resurrection Patient Care Addition

• New construction of a 120,000 square foot bed tower addition to the main hospital
• The central plant included new centrifugal chillers, condensing boilers, and clean steam generators
• New infrastructure included a new medical air system, medical vacuum system, and emergency generator with an underground fuel tank storage system.
• The ventilation systems included custom air handling units, special HEPA filtration, and four hundred and fifty (450) air terminals.
