Soon after performing complete renovation of the building, Group Fox Management awarded Edwards Engineering with a maintenance agreement to maintain the HVAC equipment at The Lofts at River East.

The 1150 Lake Shore property manager came to Edwards Engineering requesting a solution for their parking garage that would incorporate safety and energy savings. The garage did not have any sensors to monitor carbon monoxide levels.
